LWT Co-Sponsors Big Brothers and Big Sisters Cincinnati Trip

The excited chatter of children and adults alike filled the crisp air as members of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Indianapolis gathered in the bright sunshine on a recent Saturday morning.

Lew White Tours, along with Star of Indiana and Thompson Motorcoach,

co-sponsored a trip for the group to visit the city of Cincinnati. The kids and their "Bigs" visited the Cincinnati Zoo and cheered on their favorite teams at a baseball game between the Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago Cubs.

LWT is proud to be an active part of the Indianapolis community. We are especially eager to participate in activities and programs that allow children to experience new and exciting learning opportunities.

NCAA Women's Final Four

Lew White Tours was excited to provide transportation around Indianapolis for several teams during the March Madness season of 2005! From late March to early April, LWT managed over 25 motorcoaches for the four competing teams, their fans, NCAA officials and coaches and fans.

The staff of Lew White Tours thoroughly enjoyed providing service to such talented and gracious athletes and we wish all the teams the best of luck upon their return next March!

LWT Shuttle Service Planned for Do It Best "October Market"

LWT will once again be providing shuttle service for the Do It Best Corp. "October Market" returning to Indianapolis. The show, which will be at the Indiana Convention Center & RCA Dome, is expected to draw 12,000 attendees.

Do It Best Corp. is a leader in the wholesale distribution field. The company offers independent hardware and building material retailers the lowest cost of operation and the highest rebates in the industry.

Lew White Tours will be providing a series of shuttles throughout the downtown and to the Indianapolis International Airport. A shuttle information booth and LWT staff will be onsite to manage the program.

Sweet Shuttles For Sweet Adelines

LWT is going on the road to New Orleans, Louisiana for the 59th annual Sweet Adelines Convention - taking place from October 5-8, 2005. Sweet Adelines is an international organization of women singers that focus on barbershop harmony as art. Expected attendance is estimated to be 12,000.

As provided during the 2004 convention in Indianapolis, LWT will once again be ochestrating airport transportation and constant shuttle service throughout the convention and will oversee over 20 motorcoaches.

CEDIA Shuttle Service

Lew White Tours is managing over 35 motorcoaches for the hotel shuttle operation for the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association's (CEDIA) annual EXPO September 7-11, 2005 at the Indiana Convention Center.

CEDIA includes more than 3,000 member companies worldwide that specialize in designing and installing electronic systems for the home.

CEDIA is the leading source of education for the custom electronics industry and has certified more than 2,000 industry professionals

Solheim Cup

The premier event in the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) is the Solheim Cup. This bi-annual tournament will be played at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana. The tournament activities start on Sunday, September 4th and conclude on Monday, September 12th.

Lew White Tours will be managing over 18 busses that will be used to shuttle contenders, media, sponsors, etc. between the hotels and the various event venues.
